Hi Albert
Picked up the above code today. Comes up as 1601 USCG ?? HC-130H. This aircraft went to AMARC in August 2001 and according to the AMARC website it is still there.
My first visit to the forum, so apologies if this is old news.

Thanks for notifying me!
It seemed to be a logical sequence of the USCG, but the call sign Racer does indicated that it is a C-20.
The database will be updated ASAP.
