This C-130H 85-1363 ,with 181St AS/136Th Aw was noted today using RICAN 12 as callsign,so maybe a new one for 198Th As will just have to follow and see.

Appears to still be working in the Texas area as of 17/11/2018 so assume it was possibly on loan for a short time.
