Hi Jason and Albert

I'm not sure that this is correct. The C-130J in question is using an Omani hex code, namely 70C07D. By way of confirmation the hex has previously been reported with flight ID "LAC5698" which equates to the msn of 525; and I see that hex 70C07D was reported in an Atlanta Mode S log on 24th August which may account for the flight you refer to Jason.
