UC-12W Aircraft

Post by Navairboss »

Some on this forum may not know this, but my last duty station in my 23 years Navy career was at VFA-204 NAS/JRB New Orleans aka Belle Chase. I still have some pretty good connections in the area. So I want to pass along the following:

USMC UC-12B 161318. The Marine transport Squadron/4 MAW at Belle Chase recently was equipped with two UC-12W aircraft. So 161318 has been retired from service. Its last local flight on March 18, 2011.

That puts the following in service down in the marine hangar in NOLA:

Two UC-12Ws
168204 AE4A7A
168205 AE4A7B

And their two UC-35Cs:
165740 AE04AE
165741 AE04AF

I'm working on an update for the entire base soon for this forum.

I didn't know.....

Thanks for the information. I have one issue: AE4A7B

AE4A7B is logged as Tori 207, Easy 07 and Easy 06.
That's why I have 168206/207 in my database. 168205 would be more logical, but I haven't any information to back this up.
