I have seen this aircraft twice now over a span of 7 days (4/8 and 4/15). Had the calls 4153 and 2040 programmed in respectively. I'm not convinced at this point that this is either a gov or military aircraft.

I will remove the hexcode from the database, because it is logged many times by the US location as something else.
