How to Join Live Military mode-s

Joining

The only way to get a username and password for this site is by sharing your SBS-1, Radarbox, Aurora Virtual Radar, Beast or any other mode-s deceive data.
By running the ModeSLogger software all mode-s codes and call signs you receive will be forwarded to this website real-time.

What do you need?

- Radarbox version 3 or SBS-1
- or anyother mode-s receiving devevice in combination with planeplotter - Windows XP/Vista/7.
- .Net Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1.)

Tips

Location (1)
You don’t have to share your data with your exact location. You can give an indication of your location. (E.g. Italy, G, IT or East Coast, UK)

Location (2)
Much of the site is automated. Please take a look at list for Abbreviations For Country (http://www.airlinecodes.co.uk/icaonat.asp) and use the correct abbreviations for your country. This will help to show your logs at the correct page.

How to get started On-line

Just a quick and dirty note to get ModeSLogger Version 4.1 working.

Make sure that any older Mysql Connector software is removed. You can remove older MySql Connector Software via Control Panel, add/remove programs

1 Download the software from: here

2 Run the Setup.exe

You could get the following warning:

3 Click on Next, Next, check options, Next, Install, Finish

4 Install the MySql Connector net 6.4.4: Click on Next, Typical , Install,Finish

5 Secondly install ModeSLogger software: Click on Install,Finish

The ModesLogger Software must be running by now

In the ModesLogger Software some settings must be changed:

1 Click Connect, Stop Logging

2 Click File, Settings

3 Enter your location.

- Enter Locationame komma space Abbreviations --> Naaldwijk, NL

- Check Abbreviations For Country.

4 Click on OK.

5 Click on Connect, Start Logging.

With the first Mode-s codes arriving at the site your location should be visible at the website. Check Locations on-line to see if you are feeding the site. Click here
