My Win 10/64 bit machine will not let me load the software due to what it says are security vulnerabilities of the software,
Any clues???

just checked download Win10 64 Pro 1903 with Firefox and MS Edge. Download was no problem. But Edge performed some kind of check afterwards and reported in red letters: The publisher of the program could not be verified. What exactly happens on your machine?
