Based on Mode-S intercept c/s 1520784, AE5BCC is now associated with US Army UH-60M #15-20784. (ex-serial 1420713 from 2016).

I think that 1427013 may have been a miscoded box, as I've noted AE5BCC with callsigns 1520784,1420713 [last noted Jan 2017] and then 1520784 again.
15-20784 fits the hex sequence, and was the last callsign used.
