AE53FB is being shown as 10-0279 a US Army MC-12W. That serial does not exist for a USA MC-12W but 10-00729 does. Think someone got confused and transposed so numbers. I've placed AE53FB back into the unknown category since it did display 00279 for a Mode-S c/s.

It looks like this is a simple error with the FY as the hex code you have quoted is being used by Beech 350/MC-12S 12-00279 (224th MIB?). For info it passed through Prestwick Airport in December last year, and there's a pic of it at this URL...
