Error trying to run logger

Whenever I try to run the logger software, I receive the following error:

Code: Select all

Exception has occurred in load: Configuration system failed to initialize.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling both the logger and MySQL software, but with no luck. I'm running Windows 8.1 64-bit and ran the logger software for quite a while before it stopped working.
