98-0057 AE0803 showed up 1/8/14 using the Ruler ## call sign which is associated with the 172AW/183AS based at Jackson-Evers IAP. MS {KJAN]. Has this airframe been transferred from the 105AW/137AS based at Stewart IAP. NY [KSWF]?
