AF14EC is not military or government but a mistake

This hex code one has been driving many us nuts here in the US. Many theories, lots of tracking and it turns out to be a mistake and not a government or military aircraft after all.
It is actually a Delta Airlines MD-88 that had its hex code miscoded. It has been confirmed thanks to an aircraft inflight emergency and landing at an airport it wasn't suppose to land at. It should have been AD14EC which corresponds to a Delta Airlines MD-88 N942DL.
Albert you can transfer this nasty beast over to the civilian side of things. It isn't mil or gov.
