Please correct assignment/operator to USAF| 436AW| 9AS [KDOV] for 4061.

Also change AE0562s serial to 85-0005/86-0013. 6013 is no longer using AE055F with 5002, so 85-0002 can be by itself again. 6013 was doing a local here using 5005s code, while 5005 has been broke hard the last two weeks here.
