This is listed in the database as AE1191 03-0016 / (01-2 --- UC-35B / F-15E United States USARC | B/2-228 AVN (TA) [KMGE]
I can confirm yesterday that AE1191 03-0016 was up here using the callsign Army 30016. Not sure what the (01-2---) is all about but it could be removed leaving the Army airframe that we see on a regular basis up here.
