After many days of research, I have found that this aircraft is a Boeing B734 airliner N745VA that belongs to Vision Air. It has been used the last four weeks on the Asheville to Destin/Ft. Walton Beach route and probably several other routes as well.

So AA06F9 should read N745VA B734 United States Vision Airlines.

Yesterday afternoon, I finally got a hard confirm on N745VA. Caught them on Mode-S and working Atlanta ARTCC using their Ruby callsign. Tracked across this area on screen and via reporting points with ATC. Nice to get a definitive tieup on this aircraft.
