While updating my db this morning, the owner of N932RD as a US Marshall Service JPATS had me scratching my head. After some online research I found that as late as Aug 2010 this aircraft is owned, operated and flies the livery colors of Ryan International Airlines. I know that JPATS had this aircraft at one time, but not now.
