Hello modesfan,

Same problem on the v17:

And so on, and so on 0 MSGs.

I must say that i've not updated the modes.sh file, i only modify the modes.sh file to address an other modesfiltered.jar file.
Are the V04, V16 and V17 using an other modes.sh file?

Hi jozg,
There are slight changes in start script, but if the program runs, it doesn't make a difference.
I have fixed one array out of bounds bug. Could you please do a test again?

Thanks for the report jozg. Could you please repeat the test with a special option?

stop the running program:

Code: Select all

killall java
start the program by:

Code: Select all

java -jar modesfiltered.jar -loginfo > /var/log/modes.log 2>/var/log/modes.log &
This will enhance logging. Should give a stack trace with a line number or function name.

Hello modesfan,

I'll get the following error, i think a syntax error?:

sudo java -jar modesfiltered.jar -loginfo > /var/log/modes.log 2>/var/log/modes.log &
[4] 24342
[3] Exit 1 sudo java -jar modesfiltered.jar -loginfo > /var/log/modes.log 2> /var/log/modes.log
-bash: /var/log/modes.log: Permission denied

I also tried without the sudo command.

Hello Modesfan,

I can confirm that the version V19, the latest, my problem is solved.
The program keeps running, so i am satisfied.

Now i'm going to stop the program from logging ;-) the original post start.
Thanks for the good work, i really like it.

Jozg, thanks for testing!
Two bugs have been fixed. Since there is no hang up now with actual version I removed download option of V4 and V16.
