Well I had a Randolph bird barking out fixes on 255.400 MHz and assumed that it was ADFC61 which was displaying on my Mode-S box. I see where the db has ADFC62 listed as 90-0400. And given the listings I see for the rest of the series, that certainly makes sense. So given I can't find my second source that I used in my monitor db (I hate that when it happens), just leave ADFC62 as 90-0400 and ADFC61 as an unknown for the time being.
