Incorrect; 69-0012 was transferred to Martinsburg at the end of August.
Several C-5s have transferred to other units but have not had their markings changed.
Aircraft assigned to Martinsburg; 68-0222, 68-0225, 69-0001 (wearing Stewart), 69-0009 (Still in Stewart), 69-0012 (Still in Stewart), 69-0022, 69-0023 (Still in Stewart), 70-0452, 70-0455, 70-0462 (storage), 70-0463. 70-0464 is on loan to Martinsburg until its retirement. 68-0224 is currently at Dover and is going to Martinsburg after its ISO. 69-0021 is piggybacking and coming to Dover for ISO then transferring to MRB.
Aircraft assigned to Memphis; 68-0215, 69-0010, 69-0011 (not known if its still wearing Martinsburg markings or not), 69-0015 (still noted in Stewart Markings), 69-0018, 69-0019, 69-0025 (aircraft on loan to Stewart; to transfer to Martinsburg begining of next year. 70-0449, 70-0454 (storage), 70-0465 (storage), and 70-0467.

Thank you Galaxy5007 for the update. I didn't finish off my message (after being interrupted by taking a phone call), so I never completed my thought that the aircraft indeed had moved to MRB. As always glad to get an update from someone who is enthusiastic about a partilcuar airframe.
I'm sure now that you have updated us on these C-5s that Albert will pick up the changes for the database.

Lackland has 68-0214, 68-0219, 68-0220, 68-0221, 68-0223, 68-0226, 69-0002, 69-0005, 69-0006, 69-0007, 69-0014, 69-0016, 69-0020, 69-0026, 70-0445, 70-0451*, 70-0456.
*0451s official transfer is on hold until it finishes ADS mod in December; it is suppposed to replace 69-0026, which 9026 will go to Memphis.
Wright-Patterson is kinda weird, although assigned, most are not possessed. They only have possession of 69-0013, and 70-0457 there. 9013 is to transfer to Memphis and 0457 is in storage status. They have 8211 (storage, just a paperwork transfer), 9003 (storage), 9013, 0448 (AMP mod/x-fer to KSKF post AMP/ADS mods), 0451 (x-fer to KSKF post ADS mod), 0457 (storage), 0461 (AMP mod at Travis; x-fer to KSKF post AMP, already ADS modified) and 0466 (storage)
Stewart has 68-0212, 69-0008 (storage), 69-0021 (possession change expected by end of this week to Dover), 70-0460 (in depot for structure repair), and 70-0464 (possessed and flown by Martinsburg until its grounded, was an assignment change for a while, but since its never flying with Stewart again, its essentially not their jet).
