Have you seen this one yourself to confirm?, as this hexcode was first noted on 07th March 2011 and 08-3175 C-130J has only come off the production line very recently just to confirm?

Yes, I did. They were in the area doing testing. I won't post a change to this forum unless I have an intercept on my Mode-S box and verified the change or update via at least two sources, usually by monitoring ATC or other radio services (i.e. Lockheed Flight Test freqs etc). With ten scanners running, I usually catch something.
