Boeing E6B Mercury

Just heard this communication on 323.8. Phonetic DF6LLT2TWF7SCJUN3AAPPLBUBDEWUZ repeated a couple times then he said Beirut out. A Boeing E6B Mercury just happened to be nearly overhead in central California. I've heard this type of communication many times
