New USCG Aircraft

The US Coast Guard has a new Gulfstream V (C-37A) aircraft based out of Ronald Reagan National Airport, DC (KDCA) using previously unknown AE5F07. It has been displaying C202 as a call sign. It has been doing testing around here for some time now.
