I believe the new Turkish A400 ought to be 15-0028 rather than 14-0028.

I disagree with 70C095. For info hex code 70C093 has appeared with flight IDs "CASA931" & "MJN911" and both of these would suggest that this is assigned to 911.
The machine with hex code 70C095 hasn't flown yet, but I expect it'll turn out to be 905 as this is the last of Oman's transport C295Ms and the last of the total order of eight machines (5 x transport & 3 x MPA). Ergo, I believe the whole lot have been assigned thus...

Re this lot. Can I say that the CH-148 you have picked up (C2B497) looks like it's a miscode to me. You will know that the Canadian military use the 'rule of 10' when assigning hex codes, and this CH-148 doesn't seem to fit that rule.
As their last C-17 was C2B3FF (which does fall in line with previous
Canadian military codes) it looks like follow on codes would run as per the list below (up to the CC-130Js), and as you can see the speculative CH-148 list above is not consistent with this sequence.
