Hi all,

I have been sharing since 2007, but have only just realised that I have shared nothing since July this year, despite having software running 24/7 365. It says hardware connected, but database is red and disconnected. I havent changed anything, anyone know why im no longer sharing please?

Hi Ray,

I have had this happen to me previously as well. Uninstall off your PC completely, and re download and install, worked for me.
Incidentally, at this time today there is a fault on the server side, and although the last insert is yellow, it says it has failed.
I have checked the web page, and hardly no one is uploading data at this time.
