It appears to be another Jacksonville P-8A. There seem to be quite a few of them which have been recoded just recently. It's suspected that these are tactical codes. Those noted so far have been in the range AE66B9 to AE683C. There were a few noted returning to the US yesterday, after being deployed...

It was, in fact, 16-3025.
